ORDER & PAYMENT
All products must be ordered and paid for online prior to collection.
Once your order is confirmed, you must book a date and time via our bookings page. Please select the service "Click & Collect" to secure your collection window.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Bring your Order Confirmation on your phone or a Photo ID for verification.
To help you locate the studio easily and avoid delays, we recommend reviewing our Find Us guide prior to arrival.
RETURN POLICY
All product returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Custom or sale items may not be eligible.
